These pages contain a variety of information of a general nature which I have collected and transcribed over the last few years that may well be useful to family historians. It is arranged firstly by county and then by parish. I have a continuing project of transcribing the burial registers, graveyard memorials and poor law records in the south west corner of Leicestershire where my family were resident in the 18th and 19th centuries. These will be uploaded as and when they are completed. When I have mastered the technology I propose to make the whole database searchable.
